Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 10am.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Yes. A $200 credit-card pre-authorisation is required per unit or a $200 cash bond.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes. After office hours, guests can obtain their keys from a safe located outside office doors. Guests will interact with our NiteTel service which will provide guests with a code to the safe.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Depending on the availability of your room on the day of check-out, we can arrange late check-outs free of charge up to 11am; up to 4pm with a $50 fee, and any time past 4pm will cost another nights' stay. Alternatively we can hold your luggage in a secure area until the office closes on the day.

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes, for sure!

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Yes. There is one week free WiFi available from reception.

Q: What facilities do you have?

Every unit is self-contained with full kitchen including utensils, bathroom and laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer). We have a heated pool and spa, BBQ facilities and mini bar.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes. Parking is located under the building. One Car park per unit.

Q: Is all linen provided?


Q: How often are the apartments serviced?

Units are general self-contained and cleaned on a guests' departure. However on the 5th day of stay mid-services are conducted.

Q: Is the pool heated?

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes. We are located one street away from Cavill Avenue - the centre of Surfers Paradise - which is abundant in various shopping/eating places.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Yes. Shuttle buses commute through our street, and the main Surfers bus stop is a 6 minute walk from the building.

Q: How far away is the beach?

70 metres from the building.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

The closest places to buy groceries are IGA Surfers and Woolworths in the Surfers Centro.
